Planning Logistics for Emergency Management using Network Analysis

This project uses network analysis to assess the closest delivery points to warehouses, simulate the effects of road closures and proposed now location for warehouses. The project used the closest facility and service area function in ArcMap for analysis. In addition, I simulated the impact of route closure on the total and average travel time and determine new best locations to address the trade off between travel time and travel cost.
